Appointment Types

Skin cancer screenings, acne, rashes and hair loss require an individual appointment to thoroughly address the concern.

For example, if you have concerns about a rash and would like a skin cancer screening, please book two separate appointments. This ensures that we have time to appropriately address each concern.

Your appointment will not be confirmed if you book one appointment for multiple concerns.

Mask Requirement Policy

Our office requires a mask in the waiting area. Please bring one to your appointment.

Cancellation or rescheduling policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Any changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

New Patients

Please bring your insurance card, identification card and a mask, and arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out new patient forms. You will also receive an email link from Sadio.com to create a patient portal where you can fill out your medical history ahead of time.
